Accidental: Vehicle Accident
Sergeant Norman K. Nisson was killed in a traffic accident.
Sergeant Nisson was serving court papers at approximately 4:00 p.m. in American Fork. While stopped on 500 East and preparing to make a left turn onto 620 South his vehicle was struck from behind by another motorist. The collision forced Sergeant Nisson’s vehicle into the path of an oncoming vehicle. He died in the subsequent collision. Sergeant Nisson was married and the father of two children. He is buried in Orem City Cemetery.
